UCI is often judged for not having a football team. Also, the academic requirements can be quite high, making it really hard for students to find time for other activities.

The rich in the United States like to live in the suburbs of the community, and Irvine is the best example of a location that is not only convenient and safe but also beautiful. Around the circle of dormitories and teaching buildings, the school extends in all directions, but it is also clean and tidy at the same time. Although Newport Beach can be accessed with a five-minutes drive, there are not that many parties in the school.

With UCI's reputation in Silicon Valley (a global center for high technology, social media, and innovation), there is a huge probability that graduates who take up computer science-related programs in UCI will most likely land a job there. So UCI will be a good platform for students aspiring to work in Silicon Valley. However, life after nightfall can be boring for many. If you are a student who is always out and about, UCI may not be the university for you.
