An application will only be considered complete when DUKE-NUS receives these following documents:

• Completed online application submitted by the deadline.
• Transcripts and WES Report, if applicable.
• 3-5 letters of recommendation.
• MCAT. Note that if you have registered for a future exam or are awaiting your scores, please indicate this on the application and inform the Admissions Office.
