In terms of Commercial Law, JJ White is an absolute authority. He is the main editor of UCC and the most recognized treatise in the US commercial law. It is particularly worth mentioning that JJ has been teaching at the University for 52 years and is still very much active. His classes are intense and fun, and even though it is only 4 credits, the materials covered is comparable to 8-credits courses from other teachers or other schools. He loves to interact with students, and is a teacher who really cares about you as an individual. He will ask students to submit a resume every semester, and his cold call will even be tailored around your resume. I highly recommend him!
